That the petitioner stipulated that there would be no mechanical vaork, painting or car washing of the automobiles nor the pumping of gas to service the vehicles on subject property. 8. Ttat a letter was received requesting consideration o: a masonry wall a?ong the east property line if subject petition were approved. NOW, THEREFbRE, BE IT R~OLVED that the Anahelm City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are herehy found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the sub3ect property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 1. That the owner of subject Nroperty shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot along Katella Avenue for street lighting purposes. 2. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the Cit; of Anaheim the sum of 15a per front foot along Katella Avenue for tree planting purposes. 3. That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned. shall he complied with prior to the commencement of the activity authori~ed under this resolution, or prior to the time that t~~e building permit is issued, or withir, a period of 180 days from date hereof. whichever occurs first, or such further time as the Plan~~ing Comr.iission or City Council may grant. 4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Fublic Works. 5. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary b/ the Chief of the Fire Department. 6. That all air-conditioning fecilities shall be properly shielded from vieN. 7. That Condition Nos. 4, 5, a~d 6, above mentioned, shall be complied with prioi: to final build:ng and zoning inspections. 8. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3. 9. That passenger automobiles only shall be rented from this facility, that parking on the property shall be limited for the rental of vehicles and emoloyee automobiles only, and that no mechanical work, painting, or car washinq of automobiles or the pumping of gas shall be permitted on subject oroperty.
