That the •;roposed use will adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be ]ocated. 3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is not adequate, since a minimum of one acre site is needed to allow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 4, That the condition of the existing structures proposed to be used for church facilities, and a parsonage are beyond r epair, ~ccordiny to the Building Department; tt~erefore, use of these structures would be pronibited because of violation of the building, health. and zoning la~,;s of the City. 5. That the City Attorney's office advised the Planning Commission and the petitioner ihat subject property has been under surveillance for quilding, health, and zoning violations; and that appropriate legal action is pendiry relative to these violations. 6. That one person representing nine persons ~resent in the Council Chamber, appeared in opposition, and that a petition s~gned by 9b persons was received also in oppos?tion. ~ ~ C4D -1- I `., : _ _ . _ , ~: si ~ ~ 'c ; NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT P.ESOLVED that the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby deny subject PetItlon for Condltionel Use Permit on the besis of the aforementioned findings.
