That the scope of th~ nroposed rec)assification, if approved, does not warrant an amendment to the General Plan at the present time; however, its relationship to the General Plan symbol will be considered at the next annual review. 3. That subject property is immediately adjacent to other property that has been appr.oved for C-R zoning. 4. B Prior to the introduction of an ord'.na~ce rezoning subject property, Condition Nos-. 1~ and i, above mentioned, shall be ce•-,pleted. The provisions or rights granted by this resolution shall become ~ull and ~oid by action of the City Council unless said conditions are complied with within i8U days from the date hereof~ or such further time as the City Cour.cil may grant. 9 That C:ondition Nos. ;, 4, 5, 6, and 7~ above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
