Peti,tion for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following conditiona which rre hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the propoaed use of the subject praperty in order to preaerve the aaEety anc: ~eneral welfare of the Citizens of the
. City uf Aneheim:
1. That subject property shall. be developed substantially in acccrdance with plans and
~ sp~cifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit No. 1.
2. That a time limitation of three (3) years shall be granted for the use of subject
_ property, and upon request by the petitioners an additional oeriod of time may be granted
