WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City oE Anoheim did receive a veriEied Petition for Veriance
from J01-pJ AND ANNE KRAJACIC, P. 0. Bax 3716, Anaheim, California 92803, Ormers of certain real
property situated in the C~ty of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
Parcel 1: The South 222.00 feet of the Plorth 288.00 feet of the East 1Q8.00 feet (measured
along the Northerly and Easterly lines) of the Plorthwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
the Uortheast quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 7Jest, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as said r.e-tion is shown on a map recorded in book 51, page 11 of ~~:iscellaneous Maps, in the
office of tiie County recozder of said county. Parcel 2s The East 1.00 acres of that portion
of the Plorthwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 13, Town-
ship 4 South, Ra~ige 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as said section ts shown on a n~ap re-
corded in book 51, page 11 of I~Siscellaneous Maps, in the office nf the county recorder of said
county, lying Southerly of the North 288.00 feet thereof, said 288.00 feet being measured along
the Easterly line thereof.

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim
on November 17, 1969, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given as required
by law end in eccordence with the provisions of the Maheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18,68,to hear and consider evi•
dence for end ageinst said proposed verience and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspcction, investigetion, end study mede fr~ itself and in its behelf,
end efter due consideration of all evidence and reports of[ered et soid hearing, does find end detecmine the following
facte:
1. Thet the petitioner requests a veri6nce from the Anaheim Municipal Code Section 18. 16.030, Permitted
uses in the R-A, Zone, to permit the storage of trailers. campers, and bo~ts, on the rear
of subject property.
2. Thet thete are exceptional or extreordinery circumstences or conditions eppliceble to the property involved
or to the intended use of the propecty thet do not apQly generally to the propecty or class ot use in the same vicinity and
zone.
3, Thet the requested verience is necessary for the preservetion end enjoyment of e substential property right
possessed by other property in the seme vicinity end zone, end denied to the property in question.
4. Thet the requested varience will not be moterially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the prop-
erty or lmprovernents in such vicinity and zone in which the property is loceted.
5. Ihat subject praperty is determined to be ~ good locatio~ for the nroposed use
and wil] provide additional storaoe space needed to encourage people to park their trailers,
campers, and boats at locations other than ir~ front yards of residential lots.

NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petitfon Eor Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby (ound to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare ofthe Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim alono Lincoln A~•~r;ue, i. -
cluding oreparatzon of improve~ent plans and installation of all improvem•_nts, sucr. ~; curu=.
and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and navina, drainaoe facilities, o: other ar.nurtenant
