A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMIS~'ION OF i HE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL U8E PERMIT NO. ~y BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receivc a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permit from JOE~1 B, THORPE, 10392 Shadyridge Drive, Santa Ana, Caiifornia 92705, O~Nne~ of
certain real property situated in the C~ty of Anaheim9 County of Orange, State of Ca1i`ornia,
described as the North 112.00 feet of the South half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West in thE Rancho
Lus Coyotes, as shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County. Excepting therefrom the Westerly 263.60 feet.

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
November 17, 1969, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and agair.st said propused conditional use and tc investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; znd
:;r WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and
;.~ after due consideration of all evidence and repc+rts offered at said hearing, does find and detertnine the following facts:
~ 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by Code , to
':' ~,vit: allow the sale of beer off the premises in conjunction with pre-ordered food for
delivery to homes by truck.

~,. 2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development o[
r;+ the area in which it is proposed to be located.

4 proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of
y the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.

~:' I•~I to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That the petitioner stipulated that beer would not be sold on the premises at
~ I;: 623 S outh Brookhurst 5treet, but would be sold in conjunction with food orders deliv?red;
' :; and that the ABC Board would include a restrictive clause in granting the license which
, would prohibit the sale of the beer on subject property.
