That the County's Master Plan of Arterial Highways wi11 be amended following the upgrading of Coronado Street from a local street to an industrial collector street by the City of Anaheim, thereby bring- ing the Master Plan of Arterial S treets and liighways of both agencies into conf~~rmance. 2. That upgrading Coronado Street to an industrial collector street is warranted b~cause it provides through street access between two secondary streets - Kraemer Boulevard and Blue Gum Street. 3. That traffic volumes are projected to average 5,700 vehicles per day, which places the volume below that of a secondary highway, but warrants upgrading it from a local street to a~i ir.dustrial collector street. 4. ThaL• Coronado Street will have a 64-foot wide street with a 52-foot roadway width which wi'_1 be sufficient for two travel lanes in each direction.
