That certain parcel of land located in the County of Orange~
State of California, described as follows:
IIP3inning at a point in the existing City limit line of the City
of Anaheim as established by the Orange Avenue Annexation to the City
of Anaheim, passed by Ordinance No. 914, August 10, 1954 filed with
the Secretary of State October 18, 1954, said point of beginning being
distant from the Southeast corner of Section 18, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B, & M., the following courses and distances:
North 0° 40' 06" East 1,575.99', South 89° 57' 48" West 30', the South-
east corner of said Section 18 for the purpose of this description
being the c/1 intersection of Brookhurst Street and Ball Road, as
said intersection is shown on a Map of Tract Number 2295 recorded in
Book 62, pagPS 7 and 8 of M,~scellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California; thence
Leaving the s4id existing City limit line of tYie City of Anaheim
South 89° 57' 48" West 410' to the Northwest corner of Lot 4 of the
aforementioned Tract Number 2295; thence North 0° 40' 06" East 198'
to the Northeast corner of Lot 8 of said Tract 2295; said Northeast
corner of lot 8, also being a point in the North line of the land des-
cribed in the deed recorded July 2, 1963 in Book 6315 page 260, official
records of Orange County California; thence
Following along a portion of the North line of the land described
in the last mentioned deed North 89° 57' 48" East 410 feet to an inter-
section with a line parallel with and 30' Westerly of the c/1 of Brook-
hurst Street, said point of inters~action being a point in the existing
City limit line of the City of Anaheim a.s established by the aforemen-
tioned Orange Avenue Annexation; thence
