That this variance is granted subject to the compietion of RQClassification No. 68-69-67. 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works. 3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and dete~mined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department. 4. That a 6-foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the w0st and south property lines. 5. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view, and the sound shall be buffered from adjacent residential homes. 6. Drainage oF subjeci property shall be discharged in a manner which is satisfactory to the City Engineer. 7. That adequate corner cutoffs shall be provided on a11 on-site driveways. 8. That any par;cing area lighting shall be lighted with down-lighting a maximum 6-feet in height and shall be c~~r~cted away from the property lines to protect the residential integrity of the area. 9. That Condition . 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and Ei, above mentioned, sha11 be complied with prior to final build~ng and zoning inspections. 10.
