Thet thr. petitioner requeats a vorience from the Anaheim Municipel Code as fol lows, to es tabl is h a 2<0-unit apartmen~ complex on subject property: 1) SECTION 18.28.020(1) - Maximum permitted number of main buildinqs oer site. (2 main buildings permitted; 21 main buildings pronosed). 2) SECTION 18.28.050(7-a) - Minimum distance between buildinqs. (14 feet re- quired; 8 to 12 feet proposed). "- I 2. That there are exceptionel or extcaordinary ci:cumstances or conditions applicable to the property involved ~ ~ or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generally to the pmperty or c(nss of use in the siune vicinity and ~ zone. ~, . 3. That the requested varience is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right ~.` - possessed by other property in the seme vicinity and zone, and denied to the property in question. g. 4. That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification IJo. 69-70-299 now pending. 2.
