E;; ' ,' * ~~ vi-~r ;, ~ -i. ... _., 1 r--_._ --- - ~ ~ ~ _ ~',Y'. ~„' ~ ~~~-~. z;. i_ i`, i ;~:rs.. . , ~ .~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE!~ thet the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Varience, upon the Eollowing conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro- posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfarr. of the Citizens of the City of Annheim. 1. 1'hat the owner of subject property shail deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 53 f eet in width along Lincoln Avenue and 40 feet in width along East Street, with a 25- foot radius property line return, for street widening purposes; said dedication shall be compiied with prior to the time that the Building Permit is issued or within a 180 days from date hereof, whichever occurs first, or such further time as the Commission or City Council ma period of y grant. 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works, 3. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view. 4. That Condition Nos. 2 and 3, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final Nuiiding and zoning inspections. 5.
