1. That the sidevralks and driveways shall be installed alo:~g Rcama Street, as required by
th? City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the
office of the City Engineer,
2. That a 3-foot planter strip shall be provided adjacent to the Acama Street right-of-way,
except at driveway openings, and planted with screen ~ype planting as required in the C-1. 2one.
and that a 6-foot masonry Nall shall be consi:ructed to the rear of this planting area.
3. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
with the office of the Director of Public Works.
4. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view.
5. That parking areas shall be lighted ivith down-iighting a maximum 6-feet in height and
shall be directed away from the property lines to prptect the residential integrity of the
area.
6. That Condition IJos. 1~ 2, 3~ 4, and 5, above mentioned, shall be compiied with pr'ior to
final building and zoning inspections.
7. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit ;9os. 1~ 2, 3, 4~ 5, 6~ 7~ g,
and 9, and provided, howeve_, that the plans are revised to reflect the roof sigr. as a wall
sign as stipulated to by the Fetitioner when the roof sign waivers were withdrarr~.
