That the sidevralks and driveways shall be installed alo:~g Rcama Street, as required by th? City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer, 2. That a 3-foot planter strip shall be provided adjacent to the Acama Street right-of-way, except at driveway openings, and planted with screen ~ype planting as required in the C-1. 2one. and that a 6-foot masonry Nall shall be consi:ructed to the rear of this planting area. 3. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works. 4.
