A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 2058 BE APPROVED
WHEREAS, the ~ity Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive o verified Petition for Variance from
ANNE HiENNING PAULUS, 2420 East La Palma Avenue, Anaheim, California 92806, Owner; EUGENE F,
0'NEIL, 2910 ~, Trenton Avenue, Orange, California 92667, and LFAMARD SMITH, 125-D South
Claudina Street, Ar.aheim, California 92805, Agents of certain rea~ property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and referred to herein as though set forth in full.

WHEREAS, the Citp Plqniwg Commission did hold a public heodng at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
February 26~ 1969~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of aeid public hearing heving bern duly given es required by
lew a~ciin accordence with the pcovisions of the Maheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider evidence for
end against said proposed variance and to investigete end make findings and recommendotions in connection therewith;

WHGREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself and in its behalf,
and after due consideretion of all evidence and rcports offered at said hearing, daes find and determine the following

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Varience, upon the fotlawing conditions which are hereby found ta be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety end genersl welfere of the Citizena of the City of
Anaheim.
1. That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification No.
68-69-72.
2. That any parking area lighting shali be lighted with down-lighting a maxitnum 6-feet
in height and shall be directed away from the property lines to protect the residential
integri+.y of the area.
3. That subject property shall be developed substantialiy in accordance with pians
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked £xhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and
7.
