B~x 227.8, Anaheim, California 928Q5, Agent oi ;.ertain real property situated in the City oi Anaheim, County of 6rar,ge, State of California, d~cribec as that portion of Lot 4 in Dlcc;c i2 of "Subdivision of the South half ot Saction 21, TownshiG 4 South, Range 10 West, S. Thet the pro osed use is properly one for which a Conditione] Use Permit is authorized by Code: Section 18.40.060~e), to wit: establisr: a walk-up and drive-through restaurant on subject property. 2. That the proposed use, as presently designed and located adjac~nt to a heavily traveled thoroughfare s~ch as Euclid Street, will create extrem~ly ha.ardous traffic conFlicts. This determination being based upon the personal obsexvation of some of the Planning Commissioners and upon past experience of a similar operation located at the intersection of State College Boulevard and Center Street, wher.e customers, waitino in their vehicles, protrude into heavily traveled trafti: la:~es of the arterial street. 3. That the granting of subject petition ~vould 'oe detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and gener~l welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anat~eim in general. 4. That the proposed use •,vill adversely aff ect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of the area i.n which it is proposed to be located. 5. That the proposed ~~se with its hours of operation, noise, lights, and odors, wiil be detrimental to the residential integrity of the single family homes located to the east. E.
