WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiasion did hold a publlc hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim
on March 10~ 1g69, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing hevin~ been duly given
as required by I~w and in accordrnce wIth the provisIons of the Anaheim MuniciFel code, Cfiapter 18.64, to heer
and consider evldence Eor nnd agel~st said proposed conditionel use end to investigete and meke findings end
recommendetions in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, eaid Commission, after due inspection, investigatian, end study mede by itself end in its bc-
half, and efter due conatderation of oll evidence and reporta o[fered at seid hearing, does find end determine the
following facts:
1. Thet the pro sed uee is properly one for whlch e Conditionel Use Permit is authorized by ~,o:; ~:
