That the precise alignment for Sunkist Street between Ball Road and Howell Avenue as adopted by the Orange County Board of Supervisors would bisect an existing industrial building. 2. That a study made by Ci.ty staff indicates that if the centerline of the adopted precise alignment of Sunkist Street were shifted east2rly fifteen (15) feet beginning at a point approximately 730 feet north of the center- line of Howell Avenue and extending southerly to the centerline of the intersection of Sunkist Street 2nd Howell Avenue, the normal 50-foot se~- back, required for industrial buildings by Title '8, Chapter 18.52, M-1, Light Inoustrial, Zone, could be maintained with no loss of parking area, and thus the future developme~t of properties along Sunkist Street for industi•ial purposes could be accomplished. 3. That a portion of the Precise Alignment of Sunkist Street is outside of the Ar,aheim City Limits but is within an area of proposed annexation to the City. 4.
