PC69-67 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1105 BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional Use Permi:from ALFRE7 FpLVE AND 9JNS, INC., 1314 North Sequoia, Lindsay, Calir"ornia 93247, Owners; UAZOBY, INC.~ 1723 W. Katella, Anaheim, California 92804, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, Cour.ty of Orange, State of California, described as :hat portion of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 20, Township 4 South, Ran9e 1U VJest, S.B.B.BM. Commencing at ths southeast corner of said Section 20, being the intersection of the centerlin ~ of Katella and Euclid Avenue, as shown on a map of Tract No. 2176 re~orded in Boo'r. 59, Pages 34 and 35 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County; thence north 89 degrees 15' 50" West 28?.25 feet along the centerline of Katella Avenue to the true point of beginning; thence North 0 degrees 55' 00" East :t93.85 feet oarallel with the centerline of said Euclid Avenue to the Southerly line of said Tract No. 2176; thence North 89 degrees 05' 00" West 111.24 feet to an angle point in said southerly line; thence South 0 degrees 44' 10" West 394.18 f eet to a southeast corner of said tract, being a point in the centerline of said Katella Ave~ue• thence South 89 degrees 15' 50" East 110,00 f eet to the true point of beqinning. ~ ; and WHEREAS, the City Planaing Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City o( Anaheim on April 7, 1969~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice oE said public hearing heving been duly given as required by law and in acrnrdance with the provisions of the Ancheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence for end agair.st said proposed conditionel use end to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; end J ~~ WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, invest:getion, end study mede by itself end in its behal(, aid ' efter due consideration of ell evidence end repc+rts offered at said hearing, does find end determine the following facts: 1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel Use Pemiit is authorized by Code: Section 18.40.060(g) to wit: establish on-sale beer and wine in conjunction with a ~dexican ` restaurant on subject property. 2. That the proposed use will not edversely efEect the adjoining lend uses end the growth and development of the e: ea in which it is proposed to be loceted. 3. That the size end shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development of the pmposed use in a mnnner not detrimentel to the particuler erea nor to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfare o( the Citlzens of the City of Aneheim. 4. Tt~at subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3. 2.
