THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1109 gE GRANTED

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, 5tate of California, described as tt~e East

therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commisslon, efter due inapection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its oehalf, and
after due consideretion oE all evtdence end reperts oEfered et seid hearing, does find and deteemine the following Facts:

5. That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, sha?1 be complied with prior to the time
the Building Permit is issued or within a period of 180 days from date hereof, whichever occurs
first, or such further time as the Commission or City Council may grant.
6. That Condition Nos. 3 and 4, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final
builGing and zoning inspections.
7, That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit I4os. 1 and 2.
