April 7, 1969, at ~=30 o'cl~ck P.M., notice oE seid public hearing having been duly given es required by
law and in eccordance wtth the provieions of the Aneheim Munlclpel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for end ogetr.et said proposed rnnditionel use end to inveRdgate end mske Eindings end recommendations in connection

efter due consideratton oE all evidence and reports offered at aaid hearing, does find end detennine the followinq fdcts:
1. Thet the proposed uee is properly ons for which a Conditionel Use Pecmit is authorized b} Code:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anahetm City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
PetitIon fot Cond3tionel Use permit, upon the following conditions which ere hereby faund !o be a necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sa(ety end general weltere of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
