following (acta:
1. That the petitioner proposes a recl~raific~tion of the above deacribed property from the County of
Orange, A1, General Agricultural District to the City of Anaheim, R-A, Agricultural,
Zone to establish the most appropriate City of Anaheim zoning'on subject property.
~ 2. That the proposed reclassification is in conformance with the General Pian.
3. That the proposed reclassification of subject property 'i~ necessary and/or
desirable for the orderly and proper development of the community.
, 4. That the proposed reclassifir,ation of subject property does properly relate
to the zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to subject
property and to the zones and their permitted uses gc:nerally e,tablished throughout
