WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on .January 27, 1969 granted Conditional Use
Permit No. 1G88 in Resolution No. PCb9-11 to establish a private educational institution
on subject propertY3 and
WHEREAS, Parcel No. 1 of the legal description wss inadvertently omitted from the
aforementioned resolution, whict~ Encompassed the existing structure.
~Ws THEREf~RE, BE IT RE90LVFD that the City Planning Commission of the City or Anaheim
~ does hereby amend the legal description of Resolution No. Pi,69-11 as depicted on Exhibit "A"
