KENNETH HEL'LER, ET AL, 220 West Cypress Street, Anaheim, Calitornia 92805, Owner; WILLIAM WEISEL, 100 South June Street, Los Angeles, Czlifornia 90004, Agent of r.ertain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Ozange, State of California, described as the Easterly 180 feet of the east half of that portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 4 South Range 10 West partly in the Rancho Los Coyotes and partly in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as per map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County. (IOds feet permitted; 20 feet proposed). (b) SECTION 19.38.05G(4-p) - Minimum drivewav width. (20 feet required; 15 feet proposed). That under the authority of Section 18.64.070 waiver of 1(a) above is granted for the southerly 32 feet of the proposed structure only, on the gasis tt;at the sFCOnd story wall for said 32 feet will be void of any windows, thereby eliminating any possibility of invasion of privacy of the R-1 subdivision to the east. 6. That waivers 1(b) and (c) above, were withdrawn by the petitioner upon the sub- mission of revised planc which indicated code compliance relative to these former variance requests. Cl-G -1. ~ I~OW, THERgFpRE~ BE II'I ~LVED that the Anaheim City Pi~ }ing Commission does hereby • grant subject Petition for Con~itional Use permit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found ~o be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: 1. That this Conditional Use Permit is granted subject to the completion ot Reclassification No. 66-67-75. 2. That a Parcel Map to record the approved division of subject property be submitt~d to the City of Anaheim for approval and then be recorded in the offire of the Orange County Recorder. 3. I'hat the sidewalks shall be installed along La Palma Avenue fronting both aarcels, as requ':ed by the City Engineer and ~n accordance with standard plans and spe:.ifications on file in the office of the Cit~~ Engineer. 4• ?hat trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with ar~proved plans on file :;ith _ the office of the Director of Public Works. ..~~~ 5. That a 6-foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the east property line. i~ ,. 6. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the ` Cnie!' of the Fire Department. ~` ~.
