A RESULUTiON OF THE CITY PLAN~JING ~MTAISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REQ~MMEA~DING
TO THE CITY O~UNCIL OF THE CI7Y OF ANAHEIM TERMINATION OF VAF.IAIICE 'dl~„ 1890
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission in Resolution No. PC67-145 granted Vai•iance
Dlo. 1890 considered in conjunction with Reclassification No. 66-67-75 on July 6, 1967;
and
WHER£AS, the City Council on August 8, 1967 also in conjunction with Reclassification
N~. 66-67-75 granted Variance IJo. 1890 in Resolution No. 67R-452, subject to conditions;
and
WHEREAS, tne City Planning Commission on April 21, 1969 granted Conditional Use
Permit No. ll.'J7 cover;.ng the easterly 180 feet of the prooerty also considered under
Variance No. ;890; and
WHERFJ~S, if the City Council concurs in the action by the °lanning Commission, plans
approved under Variance No. 1890 will become null and void, therefore, said variance
should be terminated.
NOK', THEREF~ RE4 BE I7 RE9~LVED that the City Planning Commission does hereby
recommend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Variance No. 1890 be terminated
on the basis that the plans approved under said variance would no longer ~e appl~c,cle, if
the City Council concurred in the granting of Conditional Use Permit No. 11U7.
