NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEG thet the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject Ycticion for Variance, upon the (ollowing conditions which are herrby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro- posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety end general welfare of thc Citizens of the City o[ Anaheim. 1. That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification No. 68-69-85. 2.
