SHAW, 1901 Blake Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90039, Uvner; PETER V, DE SANTIS, 2323 West La Palma Avenue, Anaheim, California 92801, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as beginning at a point on tFe south line of said southwest quarter, North 89° 21' ~0" East 600,88 feet from the southwest corner thereof; thence North 0~ 38' 40" P~est 479.56 £eet to the southwesterly - line of the 100.00 foot Southern Pacific Railroad right-oi-way conveyed to Western Developm~:nt ~=` Company by deed recorded June 12, 1876, in book 44, page 496 of Ueeds, in the office of the county recorder of Los Angeles County; thence South 57° 13' 30" Easi 861.89 feet along said southwesterly line to the east line of said southwest quarter; thence South 0~ 45' 55" East ~ 4.86 feet along said east line to the south line of said section; thence South 89° 21' 20" ;' West 719.40 feet to the point of beginning.
