Petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ere hereby Eound to be a necessery prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety end general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
1, That trash storage areas shail be p_ovided in accordance with appioved plzns
on file with the office of the Director of Public Woi•ks.
2. That public o: psivate fi.e hydrants shall b~ installed by the property owner
as requi:ed and determined to b= necessary by the Chief oi the Fire Department.
3. lhat all oi:-condirloning *acilities sna'.1 be pr~perly shielded from view,
and the sound buffered f:om adjacent :esidences.
4. That Condition Nos. 1, 2, ano 3, above mentioned, shall be complied with
prior to final buiiding and zonin~ inspections.
5. That subject proFerty shall be ~evelored substantiaily in conformance with
plans and specii'i~ntions on file with the City of Anaheim, marhed Exhibit No. 1, Revision
