NOW, TNEREFORE, HE 11 RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Pler.ning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequislte to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety and general welfare of the Citizens of the i:ity of
Anaheim.
1. That this variance is granted subject to the completion of P.eclassification `;o.
69-'10-10, now pending.
2. That sub,ject property shall be developed substantially in accordar.ce with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit ido. 1~ Revision :40. 1,
for Portion "q" only.
