A RESOLUTIVN OF THE CITY PLANNING COMN.ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 2187 HE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Pet:tion for Verience from E. A PRESTON, 3619 Lewis Avenue, Lonq Beach, Cali.fornia 90807, py~ner; JAMES A SUTTON, i221 North fiarbor Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92801, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as the North lU0 feet of the South 352 feet of that portion of Lot 6 of Niles Rancho, as shotim on a Map recurded in book 4, page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps. Heginning at the intersection of the West line of Spadra Road (now Palm St.), as said road existed on April 29, 1929, with the center line of Romneya Drive; thence Northerly along said West line of Spadra Road, 712 feet; thence Westerly parallel with the North line of said Lot, 150 feet; thence Southerly parallel with said West line of Spadra Road, 712 feet; more or less, to said center line of Romneya Drive, as shovm on said Map; thence Easterly along said center line of Romneya Drive, 150 feet to the point of beginning.
