A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANqHEIM RECOMML-NDING
TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMIPdATION OF CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT N0, 1024, THERETO
WHL•P.EAS, the Planning Commission on May 6, 1968 granted Conditional Use Permit No.
1024, in Resolution No. PC68-122 subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, the City Council as a result of an appeal filed considered and granted on
June 5, 1968, Conditional Use Permit No. 1024, in Resolution 68R-308, subject to the same
conditions as granted by the Planning Commission; and
~' WHEREAS, on July 13, 1970 the Planning Commission granted Conditional Use Permit No.
''~~' ;• 1186 to establish a 74-unit motel on subject and ad'oinin

WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 1186 encompasses both the use and property originally
~, 1' considered in Conditional Use Permit No. 1024; and

~;~ ' pproval in Resolution No. 68R-308 have been met.

L NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
},<~ '~ recommend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit No. 1024
~ ` be terminated on the basis oz the foregoing findings.
