That the petitionec proposes a reclassiEication of the above described property from the R-3~ Multiple Family Residential, Zone to the C-2, General Commercial, Zone. 2. That the scope of the proposed reclassification, if approved, does not warrant an amendment to the General Plan at the present time; however, its relationship to the General Plan symbol will be considered at the next annual review. 3. Thet the proposed rbclassificetion of subject property is necessary and/or desireble for the otderly and pro- per development oE the community. 4. That the proposed reclassificetion of subject property does properly relate to the zones and theit permitted uses locelly esteblished in close proximity to subject property and to the zones and their permitted uses generelly estah- lished throughaut the community. R-A -1- --•_;1 5 ' " NOW, THEREFORE, BE I7, !'sSOLVED that the Aneheim City Plenni 7,^,ommiasion does hereby recommrnd to the City Council of the City of"Anaheim that aubject PeUtion for ReclaeaiIIcation be approved end, by so doing, thet TiUc 1&Zoning of the Anahein MunicIpel Code be emended to exclude tho nbove described property from the R-3, Multiple-Family, Zone and to incorporate said described property into the C-2, General Commercial, Zone, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a : necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve the j safety and general weifai•e of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. ~ 1. That a 6-foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the north property line. ~: 2. That any parking area lighti.ng proposed shall be down-lighting of a maximum height ' of 6-feet, which lighiing shall be directed away from the property lines to protect the !, residential integrity of the area. 3. That subject property shall be served by underground utilities, if developed with structures. 4. That ttie final parking plan shall be approved by the Development Services Department, and any landscaped areas in the parking area shall be protected with 6-inch high, concrete L~ curbs, and concrete wtieel stops shall be provided for parking spaces as required by the Development Service5 Department. 5.
