S , ~ ~ ~ in part i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVCD that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grent/subject Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro- ' posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 1. That this variance is 9ranted subject to the completion of Reclassification No. - 70-71-3. 2. That a 6-foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the west property line, as stipulated to by the petitioner, and shall be completed prior to issuance of a business license for the operation of the use. 3. That a time limitation of three years shall be granted for the use of the existing :` residential structure and parking plan, and upon request by the petitioner, an additional ~: ~- year may be granted, if approved by the Planning Commission and/or City Council. .~.:.~ 4.
