RECOhIINENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSiFICATION N0. ~~'~1-4 gg APPROUED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Meheim did initiate a verified Petition
for Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to
herein as though set forth in full.

law end in accordence with the provislons of the Meheim Munlcipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear ~nd consider
evidence for and againet soid proposed reclassificodon and to lnvesti~ate andmake tindinea andrecommendations
in connection thetewith; ond
WHEREAS, said Commission, a(ter due ingpection, investlgetion, and study made by Itself and in !ts bti
_ helf, and efter due consideration ot all evidence ond repocts oftered at said hearing, doas find and determine the
tollowing (acts:
1. Thetthe Commission proposes a reclassification of the above described property
from the County of Orange M1-10,0U0 Liqht Industrial District to the City of Anaheim
R-A, Agricultural, Zone for property known as the LaF:eview-La Palma Annexation.
2. That the proposed reclassification is in conformance with land uses in this
general area as depi.ctcd on the General Plan.
3. That the proposed rFclassification of subject property is necessary and/or
desirable for the crderly and proper development of the community.
4. That the proposed reclassification of suhject property does properly relate
to the zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to sub,ject
property and to the zones and their permitted uses genera)ly established throughout

into the City of Anaheim R-A, Agricultural, Zone, unconditionally.
