Tliat the petitioner requests e varience (rom the Anaheim Municipel Code as follows, t0 permit out- door storage of pre-fabricated housing units: SECTION 16.52.06U(3-b) - Required 5-foot masonry wall, (Code requires a 6-foot masonrv wall to enclose outdoor uses. Petitioner propose~ a chain link fence). 2. Thet there ere exceptionel or extreordinary circumstonces or conditions epplicable to the propetty involved or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generolly to the property or claes of use in the seme vicinity and zonc. 3. That the requested variance is necessary (or the pre,ervation end enjoyment of a substanti3l property ~~ght possessed by other property in the same vicinity end zone, end denied to the propecty in question. 4. That the requested variance witl not be materially detrimentel to the public welfare or injurious to the prop- erty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is loceted. 5. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view. 2. That subject property shall be served by underground utilities. ~ 3. That the required 50-foot setback along Miller St:eet shall be fully ~,andscaped and provided with permanent irrigation facilities; said landscaping to consist of dense screen landscaping adjacent to the chain link fence; plans for said landscaping to be submitted to the D~ve?.opment Services Department for approval. 4.
