Thet the petitioner requests e vertance from the Anaheim Municipel Code as follows, to establish a 25-unit apartment complex: a. That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification No. 70-71-6. 2. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance i~~ith plans and specifications on file wii,h the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nus. 1, 2, and 3, provided however, that the one-story height limit.ation-be maintained within 150 feet of the R-1 property to the south, and a rr~inimum 1200 square feet of ~~et land area per dwelling unit shall be provided.
