A RESOLUTIOf! OF TH~ ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING
ALL PROCEEDINGS ON CONDITIONAL USE PERIvIIT N0. 6g8
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on February 1, 1965 in Resolution No. 1514,
Series 1964-65, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 688, to establish a convalescent
hospital; and
WHEREAS, a new petition for reclassification and plans for the establishment of
a multiple-family residentaal development have been submitted for the same property; and
WFIEREAS, the property is now proposed to Ue de~~eloped for other than that approved
under Conditional Use Permit No. 668.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that thP Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
terminate all proceedings on Conditional Use Pexmit No. 668, on the basis of the fore-
going findings.
