erection of a new free~standing sign as a replacement to an existing sign located on subject

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the (ollowirtg conditions u•hich are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the saEety and genetal welface of tSie Citizens o: the City of
Anaheim.
1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in acc.ordanr.e wi~h plans
and specifications on file with the City of An~Seim, marked Exhibit :Vos. 1 and 2.
