LOUD, P. 0. Box 2039, Pomona, California 91166, Owners; STATE-WID[ INVESTORS, INCORPORATED, 443 East 'Nardlow Road, Long Beach, California 90807, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" atta:,~ed hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commieaian did hold a public hearing nt the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on August 24, 1970~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given es required by law and In eccordance withthe provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68, to hear and consider evidence for and ageinst said proposed vatience end to imveatigate end meke findings end recommendetions in connection therewith; end WHEREAS, eaid Commission, aftet due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself end in its behalf, and aEter due consideration of all evidence and reporta offe~ed at seid heacing, does find end detertnine the following fects: 1. Edison easement ~Nhich was proposed to be developed with arass and trees, and this easement would preclude the development oi any structures. 4. Anaheim. . 1. That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification No. 69-70-50. 2. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, mu:ked Revision No. 1, Exhi.bit Nos. 1 and 2, provided, however, that the petitioner provide additional landscaping in the form of grass and trees on Portion B, as stipulated by the petitioner.
