PC70-153 A RESOLUT?ON Oi~ THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIIJG COMMISSIQDJ TERMINATIIJG ALL PROC:EEDlNGS ON CONDITIONAL USE PERN~IT N0. 681 WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Corr,mis~~ion on March 29, 1965, in Resolution No. 1569, Series 1964-65, did grant Conditional Use Permit No. 681 for the establishment of an inland marina foi~ the sales, service, repair, reconditioning and parking of boats and associated marine accessories, subject to conditions; and WHEREAS, none of the conditions have been complied with; and WHEP.EAS, th~ Planning Commission in Resolution No. PC70-151 did recornmend approval of R-3, Multiple Family Residential, zoning on the same property; and WHEREAS, it would appear that the use approved under Conditional Use Permit No. 58l was not being exercised. NOW, THL-REFnRE, BE IT RESOLVED that ti~e Ar.aheim City Planning Commission does liereby termihate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 681 making it null and void.
