A RESOLUT?ON Oi~ THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIIJG COMMISSIQDJ TERMINATIIJG
ALL PROC:EEDlNGS ON CONDITIONAL USE PERN~IT N0. 681
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Corr,mis~~ion on March 29, 1965, in Resolution
No. 1569, Series 1964-65, did grant Conditional Use Permit No. 681 for the establishment
of an inland marina foi~ the sales, service, repair, reconditioning and parking of boats
and associated marine accessories, subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, none of the conditions have been complied with; and
WHEP.EAS, th~ Planning Commission in Resolution No. PC70-151 did recornmend approval
of R-3, Multiple Family Residential, zoning on the same property; and
WHEREAS, it would appear that the use approved under Conditional Use Permit No.
58l was not being exercised.
NOW, THL-REFnRE, BE IT RESOLVED that ti~e Ar.aheim City Planning Commission does
liereby termihate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 681 making it null
and void.
THE FOREGOIDIG RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 3rd day of September,
1970.
