APARTMENIS, 254 Rio Grande Avenue, Placentia, California 92670, Agent of cerLain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of U~ange, State of California, described as the Southerly 185 feet oi the Northerly 251 feet of the West half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range ]0 :~Jest, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as the No:th halt of the No:th half of said Section 17, is shown on a map of Tract No. 2299, recorded in Book 70, pages 44 to 49 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of' the county :ecorder of said county. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planniny Commission does nereby grant subject Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisi~e to the prooosed use of the subject property in order to pre=erve the safet;~ and general welfare of tfie Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specificatinns on file with the City of Anaheim, mark?d Exhibit hlos. 1 and 2, provided 'now- ~ver, that the sign shall be permitted at its present }~eight and locatior, for a period of three years only.
