A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1196 gg GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission oE the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permitfrom MARIAM C. WIERRA, 1232 South Brookhurst, Anaheim, Californio 92804, Or„ne_;
PONDEROSq HOMES, 4570 Campus Drive, Suite 10, Newport Beach, Calitornia, P.oent of certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, St3te of Cu'.ifornia,
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in f»li.

WHEREAS, the City Plarning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Holl in the City of Aneheim on
August 24, 1970~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., noiice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in acrnrdance with the provisions nf the Anaheim tdunicipai code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for and agair.st seid proposed conditional use end to investigate and meke findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commissior., after due inspeclion, investigation, and study mede by itself end in its behalf, and
efter due consideretiou of all evidence and reports o[fered at said hearing, does ftnd and determine the tullo wing facts:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one (or which a Conditionel Use Permit is authorized by Code :
Section 18.64.020(1-b) to wit: establish a child day :;are center for us? of the tenants
only on subject property.
2. That the proposed use will not adversely effect the adjoining land uses and the gruwth and development u[
the area in which itis pzoposed to be located.
3. That the size s~nd shape of the site praposed for the use is adequate to ellow the full development o( tlie
pmposed use in a manner not detrim ental to the particular erea nor to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfare o(
the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditionel Use Pertnit under the conditions imposed, if any, wi(1 not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.

j NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the tollowing conditions which are hereby found to be e necessery prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to p:eserve the sefety end general welfere of the Citizens oEthe
City of Anaheim:
; 1. That this conditional use permit is granted subject to the completion of Reclassi-
fication No. 70-71-9.
~, 2. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
E specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhioit No. 1.
