WHEFEAS, the Anaheim General Plan designates Kellogg Drive souther:y of Oranoethorre
Avenue as a ser,ondary highway on the Circulation Element - Hignwsys Rights••of-Vlay; =~n;i
WHFREAS, when the industrial property along the edst side of Kellogg Drive v;as
developed while under tne jurisdiction of the County of Orange, an 80-foot wide riaht-
~f-way was required; and ~
WHEREAS~ the City of Anaheim standard secondary highway is a 90-foot wide riqht-
of-way; and _
WHEREPS, the City Plannino Commission did hold a public hearing at ±he City Hall
in the City of Anaheim on February 9, 1970, at 2:00 0'clock P.M~., notice of said public
hearing havino been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the orovisiors
of the Anaheim Municipal Code, to hear and consider evidencc for and aqainst =_aid p:o-
posed General Plan Amendment and to investigate and make findin~s and rec~mmendations
in c~nnection therewith~ and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by
itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered
at. said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That there are no existing physical improvements for Kellogg Drive southerly
of Orangethorpe Avenue.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
recommend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the Circulztion Element -}{iah-
way-Rights-of-Way of the Anaheim General Plan be amended by placing Kelloog Drive on t;e
Table of Exceptions by the adoption of General Plan Amendment IQo. 118, on the basis of
the foregoing findings.
