A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNLYG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
; THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1199 BE GRANTED

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City oE Anaheim did receive e verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permicfrom ALICE TABRIS, 853 North Zeyn, Anaheim, California 92805, Owner; GWINN B. GIRARD,
910 North West Street, Santa Ana, California 92703, Agent of certain real property situated
~~ in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot No. 8 of
~ T:~act No. 169, recorded in Book 12, Page 23, Miscellaneous Maps.

WHF'REAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
September 1C, 1970 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice oE said public hearing heving been duly given as required by
law and in ecrntdence with the provisions aE the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to heer end consider evidence
~;, for and egair.st said proposed conditionel use end to investigete and meke findings and :ecommendetions in connection

- WHEREAS, seid Commission, e(ter due inspaction, investigetion, and study mede by itself end in its behalf, end
atter due consideration of all evidence end reports oftered et seid hearing, does flnd end detertnine the following fects:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is euthorized by COde
Section 1?.64,G20(1-a and 1•b) tu wit: estabiish a special ramily type boarding and
^ehabi'.i`ation home for children airected by rubella.
2. That the proposed usc will not adversely eftect the edjoining land uses and the growth and development uf
the area in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3. That the size and shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequate to atlow the full development of the
proposed use in e manner not detrimentel to the perticular aree nor to the peece, health, sefety, and general welfare of
the Citizens ot the Citp oE Anahelm.
4. That the gcenting of the Conditionel Uae Pecmit under the conditlons imposed, i( any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfere of the Citizrns of the City o( Anaheim.
5. That the propos~d use w•ill not be detrimental to the neighborhood because the
petitioner-purchaser will operate the p:emises as though the children are born into the
family, and the specific use •,vill terminate with this speci:ic petitioner-purchaser, since
it wiil not be considered a nursery where children a:e brought to the premises on a daily
bas is .

PetitIon for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following eonditlons which ete hereby Eound to be a necessery pterequistte
to the propased use ot the st~bjrct ptopetty in otder to pteserve the safety end general welfare of the Citizens ~~[ the
Clty ~,f Anaheim:
1. That the cu_bs sha;i be rep~ired alony LaVeine and Zeyn Streets, as :equired
h~ the City Engineer and in acce:dance with standard plans and specifications on file in
_he office of the City Engineer.
