NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commission does heie6y grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions whic)~ are hereby found to be a necessary prPrequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and generai welfare of the Citizens of the r'ity of
