PC 70-181r . ,. ; ' ~ f - _ , RESOLUTION NO._ PG70-181 ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITiON FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERAIIT N0. >> 79 BE GRANTED ~ WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional Use Permitfrom HALO INVESTMENIS, 3415 LVest Ball Road, Anaheim, California 92804, Owner; ; MARUIN GUNNUFSC{V, 21804 Belehire Street, Hawaiian Gardens, California 92616, Agent of certain ~. real property situated in the City nf Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, ` described as the L-ast 210.00 feet of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 111 West in the Rarcho Los Coyotes, as per map recorded in book 51 page 11 of Miscellaneous A9aps in the office o_ the County Recorder of said county. EXCEPT the North <64.00 feet thereof. : : ; and WHEREAS, the City P~anning Commission did hold a public hear?ng at the Eity Hall in the City of Anaheim on October 5, 1970, at 2:00 o'clock P.Ni., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in ac~rordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence for and agair.st said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connec;ion therewith; and -. ~ WHEREAS, said Commission, aEter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reperts offered at said hearing, does find anc! delermine the following facts: 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional 'Jse Permit is authorized by Code Section 18.64.020(3-i~i) to wit: permit category 'L' (Liat~t ir~encal) patieuts ir, an existing convalescent hospital. 2. That the proposed usr will not adversely affect.the adjoining land uses and the growth and development uF the area in which it is proposed to be located. 3. That the size anc~ ~hape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the fu4 development of the pmposed use in a manner not dh!,imental to the particular area nor tu the peace, health, safety, and general welfere oE the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if nny, wifl not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5. That tha Orange County Health Planning Association has approved the petitione:s' , _*equest to devote 80 hospital beds to category 'L' paiients. 6. That the Orange County Healtti Planning Association incicates these patients would be pi•imarily elderly senile persons. Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite { to the proposed usa of the subject property in order to pteserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the ~ City of Anaheim: 1. That subject property be developed substantially in accordance with plans and I specificaiions on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3. i~ 2. That a maximum of 80 beds may be devoted to category 'L' patients.
