HANSIIJ, Box 1254, Orange, Caiifornia 92G68, Or.~nur of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State pf ~:alifornia, described as that portion of the Southeast quartei of the Northeast qua:ter qf tnc Southeast quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San ,J~an Cajon de Santa And, as per ma~ recorded in book 51 page 10 of Miscelloneous Maps, in the offics of the County Recorder of szid county. That the petitioner reuuests a vaciance trom the Anaheim Municipal Code as f o: 1 ov~ : SECTIOtd 18.62.09C(B-1) - Maximum number of free-standinq siqns perrni.ted. 2. That the petitioner proposes to replace an existing free-standing sign, which :~ould be within GO feet of another 55-foot high, non-conforming, modular siqn. 3. That permission to replace the existing free-standing sion is hereby deni~d on th~ basis that the proposed sign could be adoed to the existinq modular sinn. 4. That under the aut:;ority of S~ction 18.64.070, the Commission hereby grants ti~e petitioner permission to ar'c;~ additional copy to the existing non-conforminn ~r~odular sian, on the basi~ that incorporation of the two signs into one existing sign v~ould reduce U.e "clutter" which two signs would produce. ~• That there are exceptionnl or extrnordinary circumstences or conditions appliceble to the prop or to the intended use of thc property that do not epply generelly to the property ar cless ot use in the . ard zone. Anaheim. 1. Thdt the existiny free-standing si.3n located at the corner of i;he service station shall be removPr~ at such time as the modular sign is expanded as provided above. 2.
