A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT Pc:TITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 12~2 $E DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the CitV of Meheim did receive a verified Petition for Con-
ditiona! Use Permit Erom BERNARDG YORBA, ET AL, 544C Santa Ana Canyon Road, Anaheim, California
92806, Owner; CALPROP CORPORATION, 1900 Avenue of the Stars, Suite 1400, Los ,4ngeles
California 90067, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred
to hereir. as though set forth in full.

2. That subject petition is denied on the basis that the Planning Commission
determined l;hat the densities propos~d for this development are not in conformance
wi.th tlie low density character that I~as been indicated as being appropriate for the
Santa Ana Canyon ar~a.
3. That th~ p~,;~~~sed use will adversely affect the adjoininq land uses and the
growth and devel4,~•.,ent of the area in VJ~i1CIl it is proposed to be located.
4. That the grantin9 of the Conditional Use Permit will be detrimental to the
pea~e, health, safety, and gen~ral v~elfa:e of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. Tha~ five persons appeared, reFresenting approximately 35 persons present
at eac.,rneer,ing, all in opposition to the proposed density of the use.
