2. That the petitioner is proposing to develop a 280-unit apartment complex on subject
property.
3. That the development plans submitted with this application do not incorporate
sufficient amenities and buffering devices a, are deemed ~ece„ ary for the protection of
the adjacent single family homes, and the applicant has not cooperated with the Planning
C~mmission in resolving the development problems related to this project.
4. That approval of this development, as proposed, would be placino an undue burden
upon the adjacent homeowners.
5. That there are no exceptional or ~xtraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable
to the property involved or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generally
to the property or class of use in the same vicinity and zone.
6. That the requested variance is not necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of
a substantial property right possessed by other property in ttie same vicinity and zone,
and denied to the property in question.

injurious to the property or improvements in such vicinity and zone in vlhich the property

Petition for Vatiance an the basis of the afocementioned findings.
