law and in accordence with the provisions of the e?naheim Municipai Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider
evidence for and against said proposed reclassification and to investigate andmoke findings andrecommendations

half, and aEter due consideration of all evidence and rcport~ offered et ~aid hearing, does find end determine the
(ollowing facts:

3. That no ?and use has taken place to warrant favorable consideration of other
then low density residential development for subject property.
4. 'that since no apartments or medium density residential uses are located wit!~-
in a perimeter of one-half mile, approval of subject petition would estzblish an
undersirable precedent by injecting apartment development in an area devoted primarily
to single family homes. .
5. That the oroposed reclassification of subject property is not necessary and/or
desirable fox the orderly and proper development of the community.
6. That the proposed reclassification of subject property does not properiy relate
to the zones and their permitted uses locally established in close prox.imity to subject
~,roperty and to the zones and their permitted uses generally established throughout the
community.
7. That seven persons appeared representing more than 70 persons present in the
Council Chamber, all i.n opposztion to subject petition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVCD that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Aneheim that subject Petition for Reclassification be denied on the basis of the
aforementioned findings.
