SMITH, JR., 1190 West Katella, Anaheim, California 92802, Agent of certain re~l properi:y situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Parcel 1: That portion of Lot 1 of Walnut Colony Tract, as shown on a mao filed in book 1 page 14 of Record of Surveys, in the ofiice of the County Recorder of Orange County. That on-sale beer and wine is being conducted in a pizza parlor vdithin this s}iopping center, and therefcre, this proposal to add a similar use is likely to have no adverse effect upon the area. 3, That the proposed use will not adversely aftect the edjoining ]and uses and the gcowth and deve:opment of the erea in which it is proposed to be lacated.
