DOBBIE, JP,., 1829 VJes±cliff Drive, idewport Beach, California 92660, Owner of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of ~range, State of ~ California, described as Lot a, Block 13 of Tract No. 13 ~ s~ v r i i ; and ' WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City oE Anaheim on ' November 30, 1970~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given es required by ` law and in acrnrdance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence for and egair.st seid proposed conditionel use and to investigate and mokc findings and recom mendetions in connection ~~ thercwith; and WHEREAS, seid Commission, e(ter due inspection, investigetion, and study mnde by itself and in its behalf, and a(ter due considetation of ell evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find end detertnine the (ollo wing (acts: 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by COde: Section 18.40.060(g) to vrit: establish or-sale beer and .vine in an existing restaurant. 2. That the proposed use will not adversely effect the adjoining land uses end the growth and devrlopment uf the area in which it is proposed to be loceted. 3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate lo ellow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrim entel to the particuler area nor to the peace, health, sefety, and general wel(ere of the Citizens of the City ot Anaheim. 4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Pecmit under the conditions imposed, i( any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, end general weltare of the Citizens oE the City of Anaheim. 5. That the petitioner stipulated to terminati~n of any ~utdoor service of food or beer and wine. 6.
